Refund and Exchange Policy

In case you are unhappy or experience any problems or concerns with your product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue together.

In such a case, please write us an email with a description of your problem and pictures (if applicable) to subscription@alonspickles.com .

We will most often exchange or refund your product.

Damages and Spoilage

Our pickles are a natural, unpasteurized product packed in a breakable (glass) packaging. It is intended to be long lasting and to arrive in best condition, but damage or spoilage can occur. If it does, please contact us as described above.

Exchange and Refund

In the event of an exchange, you’ll be able to receive it with your next package or come to the market to pick it up. (We’ll appreciate you returning the jar to be reused!)

A refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Exceptions

Though they are potentially good for years, we guarantee most products for 3 months. We will make it clear whenever that is not the case. We would still love to hear from you if you ever have any problems or discomforts with our product to help us have the best relationship, also if it’s 2 years since you’ve bought your jar.
